Not getting RAMP emails?

Have you noticed you are not receiving emails from SCRA through our RAMP account?
There are several things you can do to help ensure that your family stays up-to-date with the information we send out (almost monthly).

You may have blocked our address/server as Spam accidentally. In your mailbox, look in your Junk or Spam

  • Add our address as a contact South Calgary Ringette

You may have accidentally unsubscribed your account to RAMP emails. Sometimes this happens when you are apart of another sports association, and you unsubscribed from their emails.

  • Email RAMP Customer Support and explain you are not receiving emails from South Calgary Ringette, and they will look at your family account to determine if it is an unsubscribe problem.
